Spiral heat exchangers are heat exchange equipment widely used and used in the global industry. The increased heat transfer coefficient and self-cleaning effect make spiral heat exchangers indispensable when working with inhomogeneous, viscous media, media containing pulp, fibers, solid sediment. Spiral heat exchangers can operate at temperatures up to 600 °C and pressure from vacuum to 5.0 MPa. They are several times more compact and lighter than shell-and-tube heat exchangers. Unlike plate heat exchangers, spiral heat exchangers have only two easily removable gaskets.
